- 180g butter
- 200g onions, finely chopped
- 20g sage, finely chopped
- 200g fresh white breadcrumbs
- 10g thyme, finely chopped
- 20g parsley, finely chopped
- 10g salt, to taste
- 10g white pepper, to taste


- Gently cook the onions in the butter until soft.

- Add herbs and breadcrumbs, mix well and season to taste.

- Put the mixture into a tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
